Irene Flowers is a Japanese American. She is the third generation of her Japanese family in America. She couldn't have the opportunity to learn Japanese calligraphy being brought up in America. Now she is very glad to have the opportunity to learn Chinese calligraphy from Mrs Davies in Hong Kong.
